1. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel a booked session up to 24 hours before the scheduled consultation. Cancellations made within this time will be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Rescheduling Policy
Clients can request to reschedule their consultation at least 24 hours before the session.
Rescheduling is subject to availability, and only one reschedule per booking is allowed.
3. Refund Policy
If a client cancels a session within the allowed timeframe, they may receive a full refund (excluding any transaction fees charged by Instamojo or the payment provider).
No refunds will be issued for last-minute cancellations or missed sessions.
In the event that we cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
4. No-Show Policy
If a client does not attend the scheduled consultation without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.
5. Technical Issues
If a session cannot be conducted due to technical issues from our side, we will reschedule the session at no extra cost.
If technical issues arise from the client’s side (e.g., poor internet connection, device failure), we are not responsible for refunds or rescheduling.
